29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The location and availability of the written hazard communication program, including the required list(s) of hazardous chemicals, and safety data sheets required by this section. a.) On or about January 24, 2023, the employer did not provide information and training in that employees working in the paint department exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Hentzen SP-11 (carcinogen, flammable) and AkzoNobel Eclipse High Solids Polyurethane Enamel (carcinogen, flammable) did not know the location and availability of the safety data sheets.
