29 CFR 1910.410(a)(1): Each dive team member did not have the experience or training necessary to perform assigned tasks in a safe and healthful manner (as incorporated by reference under 29 CFR 1926.1076): On or about January 26, 2023, at 2601 NW 119th St, Miami, Florida 33167 (Spur Canal Number One), and at times prior, employees performing diving operations were exposed to a drowning hazard in that they were assigned duties and tasks beyond their experience and training.
