On the roof at a commercial business, at a temporary worksite located at 5556 Fort Caroline Road, in Jacksonville, FL; On or about January 25, 2023, the employer exposed employees to eye injuries, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees who were operating pneumatic nail guns.
