29 CFR 1910.217(c)(3)(i)(e): The location of the hand controls did not allow a safe distance from the point of operation so that the slide completes the downward travel or stops before the operator can reach into the point of operation with his hands: On or about December 21, 2022, and times prior to, at station 97 in the production area of the Igloo facility in Katy, TX, the employer failed to ensure that the two-hand control system allowed a safe distance from the point of operation of a lid punch machine, so that the slide could complete the downward travel or stop before the operator could reach into the point of operation with their hands.
