29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. At a temporary residential new construction worksite, located at or near 126 and 136 Cool Springs Avenue (Lot 11 and 12) in the Town of Nocatee, Florida: On or about January 19, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 16 to 24-foot, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work. Coastal Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat-Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1337089, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 25, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2713 Chapman Oaks Dr., The Bluffs on Plummers Cove Subdivision, Jacksonville, FL 32257. Coastal Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat-Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1305339, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 25, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6702 Azalea Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32259.
