29 CFR 1926.152(c)(3): Storage area for flammable and combustible liquids outside building was not graded in a manner to divert possible spills away from buildings or other exposures and was not surrounded by a curb or earth dike of at least 12 inches (a) Texas Road House Construction Site, Fort Campbell, KY - East side of building exterior: On or about 1/18/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that a 480 gallon, portable, outdoor fuel storage tank did not have proper drainage and spill protection provided.
