OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to potential electrical shocks and burns and injuries from shrapnel or concussive forces: Company: On, or about, January 13, 2023, employees who performed maintenance activities on or near energized/potentially energized electrical equipment were not provided with training related to electrical safety related work practices and personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, voltage rated gloves, fire resistive clothing, arc rated face shields, hard hats, safety glasses and hearing protection.
