29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about January 12, 2023, employees were engaged in construction activities related to the installation of solar panels on residential roof at a greater than 6-feet elevation, without any form of fall protection in place. Lumio HX, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1583933, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on May 11, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1237 Palmetto Drive Forney, TX 75126. Lumio HX, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1591028, citation number 01, item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1274 Demita Drive Forney, TX 75126.
