29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level: a). 1021 Boston Rd., Springfield, MA: On or about January 11, 2023, two employees placing a wind block fabric on a tubular welded scaffold more than 14 feet above the ground below were observed leaning over the open sides of the scaffold and were not protected from falling to the ground level below. b).1021 Boston Rd., Springfield, MA: On or about January 11, 2023, two employees were observed walking across the corners of a tubular welded scaffold sections which had no planking at those corners to bridge the opening between the sections and the employees were not protected from falling more than the 14 feet to the ground below .
