29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a )On or about January 11, 2023 at 261-267 Washington Blvd., Oak Park, IL 60301. Employees were exposed to eye injuries while operating pneumatic nail guns without eye protection during framing work. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
