29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) Worksite was located at 152 Grandview Circle, Farmingdale, NJ 07727 An employee was exposed to fall hazards greater than ten feet while hanging sheathing on a single family home as he was standing on a live load on a JLG Sky Trak 8042 with no fall protection on to keep him from falling to the ground and construction debris below. Violation was observed on or about January 12, 2023.
