29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2):Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide. On or about January 10, 2023, the employer did not ensure that an employee stood on scissor lift base platform. This condition exposed an employee to a fall hazard.
