1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(C) Load manipulation, stacking, and unstacking; (a) Warehouse - On or about January 11, 2023, the training that was provided to employees regarding the employer's existing procedure for manipulation of a load on the powered industrial truck that had a leaking container to the designated repackaging area within the workplace for repackaging the load into another container was not fully documented. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
