29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) 35 Division St., Brick, NJ: On or about 01/05/2016, The RW Fisher Construction LLC did not initiated a program for frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, to identify hazards and/or stop the work in the event workers and/or subcontractors were placed in a hazardous condition such as but not limited to conducting work at 6 feet or more from the ground below without proper use of fall protection. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
