29 CFR 1910.303(e): The manufacturer's name, trademark, or other descriptive marking by which the organization responsible for the product may be identified was not placed on the electrical equipment that was used: a) Port of Wilmington, Berth-2 and 5, Customs inspection area (next to Dole), and the Maintenance Building (building 33/35) in Wilmington, DE 19801: On or about January 5, 2023, employees approached and made connection at electrical service ports that powered the cranes up to 480Volts which did not have any descriptive marking to identify the voltage, amperage, wattage and identify the arc flash boundary exposing those employees to potential shock, electrocution, or burn hazards.
