29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying existing conditions.) (a)Location - 12 Putnam Street Winthrop, MA; On or about 12/22/2022, John V. Lozzi, as a controlling employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site were performed by a competent person. As a result, employees of subcontractor T2 Construction, Corp, were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 6 feet above a lower level.
