29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(i): The contract employer did not assure that each contract employee is trained in the work practices necessary to safely perform his/her job. Worksite at Home Market Foods in Norwood, MA: On or about December 19, 2022, the employer failed assure that each employee working from a scissors lift adjacent to an anhydrous ammonia refrigeration equipment, was trained in the safe work practices to prevent damaging the refrigeration equipment and causing an ammonia leak.
