29 CFR 1910.106(b)(4)(ii):29 CFR 1910.106(b)(4)(ii): Vents for tanks located inside of buildings did not discharge vapors outside the building(s): (a) On December 21, 2022, and times prior at 1580 48th Street in Grand Forks, North Dakota, employees, and contractor employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while working in the Resin Tank Room where three 6,000 gallon tanks containing Catagory 3 Flammable Liquids were vented to the interior of the building.
