OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: a) At 4895 Old Louisville Rd, Garden City, GA, in Warehouses 1 and 2, and the Lot: On or about December 16, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of six feet or greater without providing protective equipment when working from a car carrier while unloading cars and motorcycles.
