29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not maintained free and unobstructed so that no materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: On or about December 15, 2022, an employee working in or around the welding area, was exposed to fire, smoke inhalation, slips, trips and falls hazards in the event of an emergency because the emergency exit route was obstructed with material.
