29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a. 14 Lane Ave. Caldwell, NJ The employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential construction activities working from a welded tubular frame scaffold platform were protected from falls as sections of the scaffold were missing guardrails and employees did not utilize personal fall arrest systems thereby exposing worker to an approximate 30 foot fall hazards. Violation occurred on or about 12/02/2022 Majestic Builders NJ LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1541453, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/11/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 182 Plainfield Ave., Berkeley Heights, NJ - Berkeley Crossing II
