29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a) The employer does not inform employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program. This violation was most recently observed at 1348 Bainbridge St., Philadelphia, PA 19147 on or about December 13, 2022, where employees engaged in stucco activities were exposed to hazardous chemical such as, but not limited to calcium oxide silicate, limestone, silicic acid, etc. contained in Lehigh White Cement Portland Cement. To abate this ongoing violation, the employer must develop and implement a written hazard communication program to include providing employees safety data sheets and training employees with information such as the hazards of the chemicals used at the worksite.
