29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a) On or about December 8, 2022, at 1609 Golden Gate Plaza, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124, the employer did not ensure that all exit routes were kept free of obstructions. The paths of travel to the emergency exit in the storeroom was obstructed and/or blocked by a wheeled cart, boxes, and trash.
