29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii):"Containers." Flammable liquids shall be stored in tanks or closed containers. On or about December 6, 2022, and at times here to, acetone containers on pallets were placed in an open area of the manufacturing warehouse. Foot traffic by employees and powered industrial trucks operated by them went by there daily. This exposed employees to fire hazards.
