29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: On or about December 8th, 2022 employees were exposed to hazards associated with a delayed emergency evacuation of the building while working where boxes of merchandise reduced the width of the exit route at the rear of the building to 18 inches. The Dollar Tree Stores, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1453267, citation number 2, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on February 3rd, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1238 Bedford St in Abington, MA 02351.
