29 CFR 1910.22(b): For every walking and working surface used for storage, the�employer had not ensured that the employee knew of the maximum intended load: a) On or about December 6, 2022, at Dollar General Store #8497 the employer fails to ensure effective protection against struck-by, and crushed-by hazards as required by the standard, when the overhead storage used on top of the breakroom had not been rated for maximum load capacity.
