29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i) Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. a. Beck Suppliers, Inc. worksite located 80 Hopewell Ave, Tiffin, Ohio 44883: On or about November 30, 2022, the employer failed to ensure energy control procedures were utilized when performing servicing and maintenance on energized equipment such as but not limited to truck mounted power take offs (PTO) and pumps. Employees accessing the pump near the unguarded rotating PTO, were exposed to caught in hazards.
