Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: 44 Kimball Terrace, Yonkers - NY: Employees were exposed to head injuries while working below other employees that was working above installing solar panels on a roof. The employees on the ground were not protected by hard hats or protective helmets, on or about November 23rd, 2022.
