29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Vision Air HVAC Inc. DBA Vision Mechanical at 1050 35th LN Pueblo, CO 81006: On or before 11/21/22 the employer did not provide fall protection training to all employees who are or could be exposed to fall hazards. Employees installing ductwork on the roof of a commercial building were exposed to fall hazards associated with working in close proximity to an unguarded skylight cover, skylight roof openings, and roof perimeter fall hazards. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 13 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
