At the jobsite, located at 2655 Nebraska Ave. Palm Harbor, FL 34684; on or about 11/17/22, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, training on the inspection, storage, and use of ladders was not provided for employees prior to utilizing ladders for work activities.
