29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) Bolt Plant, 626 Gallitzin Road, Cresson, PA 16630: On or about November 9, 2022, the sprocket wheels and chains on the feed side of the hold down on the Alamo One rod shear machine were not enclosed. Employees using the Alamo One rod shear machine to shear rods were exposed to caught-by hazards.
