29 CFR 1910.146(d)(9): Develop and implement procedures for summoning rescue and emergency services, for rescuing entrants from permit spaces, for providing necessary emergency services to rescued employees, and for preventing unauthorized personnel from attempting a rescue; a) 550 E Front St South Thomasville, AL, 36784. Boiler house, Fuel storage area; On or about November 14, 2022 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to confined space hazards in that employees were allowed to enter permitted spaces without the company having developed and implemented procedures for summoning rescue and emergency services for rescuing entrants from permit spaces and for providing the necessary emergency services to rescued employees.
