(a) At the jobsite, during painting: On or about 11/10/22, a Werner SRS-72 Steel Rolling Scaffold was not erected and moved under the supervision and direction of a competent person. (b) At the jobsite, during painting: On or about 11/10/22, a blue rolling scaffold system was not erected under the supervision and direction of a competent person.
