29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Freedom Roofing Windows and Siding LLC. On or about November 8, 2022, at the site location of 14539 Five Point Rd. Perrysburg, OH: The employer did not ensure employees engaged in residential roofing activities upon a steep slope roof were protected from falls. Employees performing roofing activities in this condition were exposed to falls over 9ft to the concrete level below.
