29 CFR 1926.302(b)(6): Air hoses were used for hoisting and lowering of tools. a- 36 Staton Road, Mount Holly NJ - On or about 11/08/22 a worker lowered an air nailer, from an interior scaffold to the floor below, using the air hose it was connected to. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
