29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii): Powered industrial truck, with the operator dismounted and within 25 feet of the truck still in his view, did not properly load engaging means. Establishment - The employer did not ensure that a load was fully lowered when the operator was within 25 feet of the Yale # 37 forklift. Panolam Industries International Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1371873, citation number 1, item number 3(b) and was affirmed as a final order on March 25, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Pionite Road, Auburn, Maine.
