On or about November 3, 2022, at the job site located at 2802 Old Winter Garden, Ocoee Florida 34761, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 31 feet while staging flat roof trusses for installation without using a personal fall arrest system or being provided with any other means of protection from falling.
