29 CFR 1917.13(h): The employer did not require employees to stay clear of the area beneath overhead drafts or descending lifting gear. a) Port of Wilmington, Wharf Area, Crane C-1 at Berth-2 in Wilmington, DE 19801: On or about November 4, 2022, employees working on petroleum coke operations continually worked under the bucket of the ports mobile crane "C1" during the loading of petroleum coke onto ships including but not limited to the "Basic Princess" exposing the employees to hazards including but not limited to crush and struck by hazards.
