29 CFR 1917.43(b)(9): The employer did not direct drivers of powered industrial trucks to travel with the load trailing when the load obstructed the forward view: A) Dock Area by the vessel Saga Welco, located at 112 Marine Terminal Drive, Savannah GA: On or about October 24, 2022, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that a forklift operator was allowed to drive a forklift forward with an obstructed view to the front.
