29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a) Francisco Morales Cruz DBA Fran Roofing LLC located at 7500 James River Road, New Albany, OH 43054: On and preceding October 27, 2022, the employer did not initiate and maintain safety and health programs for employees removing/installing roofing shingles, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with performing roofing work. Francisco Morales Cruz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1533840, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 6395 Spring Run Drive, Westerville, OH 43082.
