OSH Act of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards: On or about 10/19/2022, in the fabrication area of a facility located at 8052 Northwest 56th Street, Doral, Florida, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards when lifting the fork of a powered industrial truck without safely securing the load to prevent it from disconnecting from a crane's hoisting device.
