29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage was maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. a) Malthouse Concrete Floors - On or about October 23, 2022, and on later dates, the employer did not ensure the concrete floors between the steeping and germination vessels were not maintained in a dry condition by ensuring adequate drainage of fugitive process water away from floors traversed by employees, exposing those employees to a slip-fall hazard.
