29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: (a) Throughout production area; Wipers soaked in highly flammable lacquer thinner were being disposed of in uncovered plastic containers, along with other forms of waste. (b) In the washout area by parts cleaner; Wipers containing combustible mineral spirits were being disposed of in an uncovered plastic container.
