29 CFR 1926.1425(d): The employer did not ensure that only employees needed to receive a load were within the fall zone when a load is being landed. On or about October 17, 2022, on a crane barge platform at Bucktown Harbor Marina; the employer allowed employees not receiving the load to be in the fall zone while a crane was moving a steel beam, exposing those employees to a struck by-hazard.
