29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. A) 1039 Underhill Avenue, Yorkton Heights - NY: Employees were exposed to head injuries while working below other employees that were working above them on the same scaffold. The employees below were not protected by hard hats or any other type of head protection, on or about October 13th, 2022.
