29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure that hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired: JOB SITE: 17395 Edison Avenue, Chesterfield, MO 63005, on or about 10/14/2022, the employer failed to fully document its inspections of walking working surfaces to ensure that employees fully covered any electrical cords with black mats or tape.
