29 CFR 1910.1053(d)(3)(iii): Where the most recent exposure monitoring indicated that employee exposures were at or above the action level but at or below the PEL, the employer did not repeat such monitoring within six months of the most recent monitoring: a) In the ISO-Press Area, on or about October 13, 2022 - The employer has not repeated exposure monitoring on an ISO-Press Operator since October 14, 2021 when the employee was exposed to respirable crystalline silica above the action level and below the PEL. b) In the Layout and Cut Area, on or about October 13, 2022 - The employer has not repeated exposure monitoring on a Master Layout/Cut Operator since October 14, 2021 when the employee was exposed to respirable crystalline silica above the action level and below the PEL. NOTE: Where the most recent (non-initial) exposure monitoring indicates that employee exposures are below the action level, the employer shall repeat such monitoring within six months of the most recent monitoring until two consecutive measurements, taken 7 or more days apart, are below the action level, at which time the employer may discontinue monitoring for those employees whose exposures are represented by such monitoring, except as otherwise provided in paragraph (d)(4) of this section.
