29 CFR 1910.147(f)(3)(ii): The employer did not ensure group lockout or tagout devices were used in accordance with procedures required by 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4): a. Seneca Foods Corporation, 100 Gambee Road, Geneva, NY 14456. On or about October 10, 2022, the employer did not ensure authorized employees affix lockout/tagout devices to the energy isolation mechanism for the exhaust box discharge conveyor on the southern sauerkraut (J) line while performing maintenance. Seneca Foods Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.147 (f)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1571644, citation number 1, item number 3, group b and was affirmed as a final order on 7/14/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Gambee Road, Geneva, NY 14456.
