29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(i): Rigging equipment did not have permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer that indicate the recommended safe working load. On or about October 05, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to utilize properly identified/tagged rigging equipment for vertical lifting, exposing employees to struck by hazards.
