29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1):Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s) (a) On or about September 29, 2022 - assembly, employees are exposed to struck-by hazards when tuggers with hitches missing bolts in the white plastic bushing, missing white plastic bushings, loose bushing/tongues that will not lock in the up position, and cracks in the hollow square hitch tube were not taken out of service.
